GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Something else on your mind?

Ask us directly
Can I keep my existing phone number?

In supported setups, yes. Your number stays with your current carrier, and you forward the calls you choose to Fanomi’s receiving number. Your carrier controls forwarding options and any charges. We’ll help you check the setup before you switch anything on.

Can I use my current WhatsApp number?

That depends on your WhatsApp Business setup and provider eligibility. Some accounts support keeping the Business app alongside the connection. We’ll check the available route and required approvals before promising a connection or changing how your number works.

Will Fanomi confirm prices or book a move?

Fanomi captures enquiries and uses the business information you’ve reviewed. Your team handles quotes and confirms bookings. Saving a preferred date or a customer’s moving details does not reserve availability or confirm a job.

Can my team step in?

Yes. Your team can review conversations, correct saved details, manage follow-ups and take over WhatsApp replies. Human takeover stops AI replies while staff are handling that conversation.

Does it remember customers between calls and WhatsApp?

Fanomi can reuse confirmed customer details across connected channels, subject to consent and identity checks. It keeps the source of saved information visible and supports corrections. A matching phone number alone is not permission to reveal a customer’s history.

How do I get started, and what does it cost?

Tell us about your business, call volume and the channels you want to use. We’ll discuss setup, availability and pricing with you before activation. Creating a workspace does not automatically connect a number or start answering customer calls.
